Dr. Kostandin Balloma graduated from medical university of Tirana (1979 ) and completed his training as ENT Surgeon ( 1983 ). Until  1990 he has worked as a primary doctor in the public hospital of Albania, where he acquired great experience to ENT surgery. Ιn 1991 he moved to Greece where he passed with success the exams in ‘’Medical University of Athens’’ and he recognized his diploma as MD and the specialization of Otorhinolaryngology. From 1992 to 1996 he has worked in the public Hospital of Korinthos, as ENT surgeon. He resigned in 1996 and since then he is exclusively in private sector. From 1997 to 2010 he was the director of ‘’ENT-Head and Neck Surgery’’ department in ‘’NEO Athinaion’’ hospital , in Athens.

During all these years he has paid special attention to rhinology and facial plastic surgery. For this he underwent specializations at The Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital (London), University Hospital Lubeck (Germany) as well as in many other countries. He has presented at conferences in Greece and abroad, a significant number of scientific papers on Rhinoplasty and Facial Plastic Surgery and several of them have been published in scientific journals in the field. He is specially honored for his innovative technique of using temporal fascia in rhinoplasty cases . Since 1997 he is member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery ( EAFPS )
