Prof. Dr. Emrah Arslan

Prof. Dr. Emrah Arslan is an internationally trained and highly respected Plastic, Reconstructive, and Aesthetic Surgeon currently practicing at Hygeia Hospital in Tirana, Albania. With a distinguished medical career spanning over three decades, he is renowned for his precision, innovation, and dedication to patient-centered care.

Dr. Arslan graduated as a Medical Doctor from Ankara University in 1992 and specialized in Plastic Surgery at Çukurova University in 1999. His extensive professional experience includes academic and clinical roles in some of Turkey’s most prestigious institutions, as well as international fellowships and visiting positions in the United States, including the Cleveland Clinic and El Paso Cosmetic Surgery Center.

Throughout his career, Dr. Arslan has served as:
